Rotary International Convention – São Paulo, Brazil Add To My Calendar

The 2015 Rotary Convention will be held in São Paulo, Brazil, from Saturday, June 6 through Tuesday, June 9, 2015. The RI web site has dates, deadlines, and convention registration details. If you still have questions, contact [ri.registration@rotary.org](mailto:ri.registration@rotary.org). **Convention Housing** Rotarians seeking Convention Housing should coordinate with D6900 DGN Raymond Ray before December 15th. After December 15th Rotarians will have to book their accomodations themselves. We have reserved 25 rooms at the [Grand Hyatt](http://saopaulo.grand.hyatt.com/en/hotel/home.html) in São Paulo with RI. Exact pricing is expected to be finalized by mid September. Once we know the exact room rate we will enable Rotarians to reserve a room and pay by credit card on the district website. Reservations will be taken on a first come basis and must be paid in advance prior to December 15th. Raymond Ray will coordinate the room assignments with RI and remit payment to RI by December 31. After December 15th clubs will be on their own to reserve rooms. **Travel Arrangements** Raymond Ray will provide a travel company recommendation for D6900 Rotarians for flights to/from and consulate requirements. He is presently working with the Brazilian Consulate and a couple of travel agencies on travel arrangements and flight options in/of Brazil.
