Georgia State Representative Phil Olaleye, District 59, and Executive Director of Next Generation Men and Women (NextGen)Add Guest

Phil is the Executive Director of Next Generation Men & Women (Next Gen), a workforce development nonprofit that builds bridges between high school students and local businesses and colleges, to provide in-person exposure to career options and mentorship. Phil also serves as State Representative for Georgia House District 59 representing parts of Atlanta and East Point.

Phil is the former President of the Organized Neighbors of Summerhill, a Georgia Trend 40 Under 40 and Atlanta Business Chronicle 40 under Forty honoree. Phil graduated from Duke University and received a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Raised in Stone Mountain, Phil is a proud DeKalb County Schools product. Phil is married to Sabrina Gómez and they live in Summerhill with their two sons, August and Antony.
