Kristan Newman is the Development Manager at Crossroads Community Ministries, where they lead fundraising efforts to support programs that help people experiencing homelessness access the resources they need for long-term stability.

Kristan has extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, and donor stewardship, and they are passionate about building strong partnerships that transform lives and communities. At Crossroads, they oversee development strategies for core programs like the Renewal Project, Clyde’s Kitchen, and Door-to-Door Housing Initiative, which collectively provide critical services such as ID assistance, case management, daily meals, and housing stability to over 6,000 people each year
