This week, the Rotary Club of Atlanta West End welcomes Novella Tascoe, a healthcare executive, attorney, and entrepreneur whose work focuses on redesigning care delivery to better align clinical outcomes, operational performance, and community need. Novella is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hospital in Your Home USA, a multi-state organization delivering patient-centered care through in-home services, virtual care, and value-based models.

Through its chronic disease management arm, NovellaCare, Hospital in Your Home supports patients with complex and long-term conditions using remote patient monitoring, care coordination, and transitional care services. This model helps patients remain healthier at home while reducing avoidable hospitalizations and emergency department use.

Novella holds a Juris Doctor with a concentration in Health Law, a Master of Health Administration, and is a certified Project Management Professional. Her career includes senior leadership and consulting roles across health systems and global firms, where she led large-scale initiatives in population health and operational transformation. As a speaker, she brings clarity and candor to discussions of leadership, resilience, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship grounded in real-world execution.
