Tracy Xu and Daniel Kuhlman, Engineers Without BordersAdd Guest

Tracy Xu is a mechanical engineering major with a chemistry minor at Georgia Tech. As the technical lead of EWB-GT’s Ecuador project for the past two years and former project lead, she has played a key role in developing sustainable infrastructure solutions. Her work reflects a strong commitment to global development and community-driven engineering, integrating her expertise in battery research, hydropower, and solar technology to create lasting impact. 

Daniel Kuhlman is originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee and currently completing his masters degree in mechanical engineering at Georgia Tech. At Tech, Daniel has been active with EWB-GT's Ecuador project since its inception, helps lead backpacking trips throughout the Southeast with ORGT, and is part of an on-campus Christian ministry. Upon graduation in December, Daniel will attend the U.S. Naval Officer Candidate School to begin his career as a submarine officer.
